Middleboro – James “Jim” Montville 45, of Middleboro, formerly of East Bridgewater, died suddenly Saturday January 5. Born in Weymouth he was the beloved son of Richard and Loretta (Sansone) Montville. He was the owner and operator of Montville Door Company of Braintree. Jim was an avid Patriots fan and enjoyed skiing, but his true pleasure came from the many times he spent “getting together” with his family and many friends. He was known and loved for his lighthearted demeanor and fun loving personality, and will be sorely missed by all who knew him. In addition to his parents he is survived by his children, whom he adored, Nicolas, Tyler and Lindsay Montville all of East Bridgewater, his loving companion Cheryl Curtis of NH, his siblings Jean Kelly of Whitman, Joanne Creutz of Plymouth, Jackie Deady of West Bridgewater, and Joseph Montville of Plymouth. He is also survived by nine nieces and nephews as well as his aunts, uncles and cousins. His funeral service will be held Wednesday January 9 at 7 PM in the Blanchard Funeral Chapel, Plymouth Street (Rte. 58 @ the rotary) Whitman.
